The Secret Circle stars Phoebe Tonkin and Shelley Hennig step out at the 2011 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party held at Paramount Studios on Friday night (September 23) in Los Angeles.

Phoebe, 22, recently chatted with TVGuide.com about her character Faye, on the new CW show.

“She’s not really evil; she’s just misguided and pushes people to their limits without realizing what the consequences would be. And she’s not trying to hurt anyone; she’s bored, and she likes doing magic,” she shared.

Phoebe added about her power struggle with Shelley’s Diana, “All of the other characters are concerned with the power and responsibilities and Faye can’t understand why no one else realizes that we’re these 16-year-old kids with witch powers. How is that not the coolest thing in the world?”
